St. Ermin'S Hotel, Autograph Collection - London

This place suits me perfectly! I always enjoy the excellent wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and the lovely bar area. I will never forget how the staff helped me return my forgotten jewellery during my first stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful, including very, very nice staff who seemed to anticipate your next question while answering your initial request.

Generally, liked this beautiful and absolutely charming accommodation with courteous staff who barely speak English and management completely incompetent. The room was compact with excellent interior design, and the breakfast was lovely and perfect. The hotel was located very brilliant for us, very close to a subway station. This property was located in a good area.

The attention to historical detail in the decor enhanced our stay.

The breakfast options were limited and the food temperature was not consistent.

We had cakes and bacon for breakfast, it was outstanding.

Top location, very friendly staff, room very spacious for London.

Breakfast only against surcharge, quite expensive, but you can also have a good breakfast around the corner at Pret a Manger.

Bathroom was not heatable and therefore it was very cool. Carpet in the room was a little worn.

It is a gem in the heart of London, a second home from Victorian times. Directly behind New Scottland Yard and within stone's throw of Parliament or Buckingham Palace.

Must be renovated, but please keep the charm ;-)

great stay but expect breakfast delays

The family room offered ample space for our kids to play and relax. The holiday decorations throughout the hotel added a charming and festive atmosphere.

Expect some waiting time during breakfast hours.

Perfect location with excellent connection to the underground network. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament. London Eye is a few minutes walk away and the hotel is very pretty.

For more than 2.600 EUR for 7 nights breakfast should have been included.

The bathtub was very high, a shower would have been more comfortable.

Great hotel, British charm without "stiff upper lip", perfectly located, if you have to go to the QE II Conference Center, Westminster etc., many tourist attractions within walking distance, everything from coffee shops to original pubs is nearby, the underground is almost right outside the door. Clean and practically furnished rooms don't stand out, I was rather "underwhelmed". All in all, however, a nice ( great bar !!) hotel in excellent location - very recommendable!

The personnel was top-class, we all felt very welcome. The breakfast was full of delicious meals such as bacon and cakes.

The breakfast buffet was rich with delicious English and continental dishes. There was something for everyone: hearty, sweet and vegetarian, or healthy! The staff was very attentive and offered tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The small talk was pleasantly unobtrusive. A wonderful start for strenuous and exciting discovery tours of the city of London! We enjoyed our mother-daughter trip in London very much thanks to St. Ermin's. Thank you very much.
