The location is prime, just a stone's throw from Buckingham Palace and Westminster, making it easy to soak in London’s history. The suite has ample space, boasting two bathrooms and enough beds for a family of five, which is a rarity in this city.
Despite the hotel’s great features, we encountered several hiccups. The breakfast setup was chaotic. lines stretched out the door while the restaurant sat empty, leading to a long wait. In our room, only two slippers and bathrobes were provided for four guests, which felt a bit off. I also noticed that a requested cot bed didn’t fully work in the layout of our room, leaving little room for movement. while the grandeur is evident, it didn't always deliver on the service front, notably during busy times.
